Recently Ive been feeling so down about myself and ugly...
I have a boyfriend I don't tell him how I feel because he'll think I'm insercure.
I have it all over my body, last week I was looking at myself in the mirror and I ended up punching it and crying and smashing my mirror to bits and now I have bruses and cuts on my hand...
I feel so horrible I don't feel like a human tbh..
Help?
