After 2 years of trying and not being able to conceive, have you gone to see your doctor about this? A healthy couple on average should conceive within one year. Most doctors after a year of trying will send there patience to a fertility clinic to see if there is a problem. Hoping there is not. But you never know the male or female may be infertile. If you have not taken a HPT take one, if it is negative wait another week and take another. If still negative go to your doctor and have him do a blood test as blood tests are more accurate than a urine test to detect the HCG pregnancy hormone. The symptoms you are having do sound like pregnancy symptoms but it could just mean that you have missed your menstrual cycle for the month, or it may be coming or you may very well be pregnant in that case, I hope you are.
