Can you be evicted for late fees if your rent has already been paid.
I paid my rent and did not know I had late fees and I spoke with my property manager and she was suppose to have taken care of it. Then I pay my rent the following month and they wait till two days later to put a notice in my door saying I have 24hrs to pay the fee. But they have already excepted my two full rent payments. Can I get evicted if I refuse to pay those late fees as long as I keep paying my rent.

Depends on where you are. But most places require a three-day pay-or-quit notice.

Florida requires a 3 day pay or quit notice. But yes, if your rent is not up to date. INCLUDING fees, they can file for an eviction order.
