In the state of Florida if u remove a mobile home off the property how long do u have to put it back before u have to pay a impact fee

Which county is this in? I find a reference to impact fees in Alachua County; Would that be the one? If so, it appears that the fee isn't incurred until you have applied for and been granted a C.O. for the location to which you move it.

I downloaded the impact fee for Polk County when I was researching your question a while ago. As I recall, the impact fee is payable when you get your C.O. Did you get one?
