    Doubts in salary law
Can employer revert back the hike for an employee who has worked and performed well for his own reason, and reverting the previous months pay 20% in the current month?

Is there any rule for the employer to deduct the amount without any information?

Unless an employee is under contract, their salary is what the employer decides to pay. However, the employer should give notice of any changes in that salary.
