Do you mean your vagina (an internal canal) or your pubes (external genitalia)?

It could be a yeast infection. Best to see your doctor. Do not try to treat this on your own. If it is a yeast infection, meds to treat it aren't recommended during pregnancy. Yogurt (plain yogurt) is the best. In fact, there's no harm in eating plain yogurt even if it isn't a yeast infection.

Sadly, the only way to get an actual diagnosis and treatment is to see your doctor. We really can't diagnose online.
