Does spouse have to sign quit deed if name is not on papers
My husband and I bought a house a year ago and now are going through a divorce. The loan and deed are in my name only. Does he have to sign a quit deed?

Depending on where you live. In some areas, since it was purchases while you are married the property may have to be included in the terms of the divorce.

The ex doesn't want the house so in the divorce decree it's left to me.
