I have a friend that's on felony probation. Over the weekend he was down at the bar drinking to of the conditions of his probation are no consuming alcohol and no being in a bar the cops showed up pulled him aside gave him a breath test and it showed up on the breath test but he was not over the leagal limit and was told to leave the bar. So the cops sent the info to his po what happens now?

He might get violated and have to go back... depends on what his PO decides.
