The credit card campany putting a lien in ahouse , and can I stop paying knowing that the lien already exist and just wait till my house sell. Can the credit card campany sell the house without the owners permission ,they do threatened that they will sell the house if I don't put monthly payment even though lien alredy there.. thank you.. please help I cannot afford a lawyer at this time , it's a hradship to my family,,

They can't put a lien unless they get a judgment. If they have a judgment, there are other ways they can collect.

If you stop paying interest will accrue , increasing what you owe.
