I am a guy from India, I am in a relationship with a girl.. she is living away from my place , and her father mother are divorced she is living with her father , her father is a very cruel person , now she had finished her school and for further studies want to go to a good college but her father is not allowing her that , she is so innocent that she is unable to argue with her father and her father is playing with her future he is forcing her to stay at home.. he is such a bad person he make physical relations with different ladies in front of his children I don't know what to do , I want her to go away from home and study at a safer place where she could think about her future, m so worried about her the addition time is also passing by and we are unable to do anything feeling so helpless, so I put my question in hope of a good advice...

It sounds like you are in a difficult situation. I would suggest trying to talk with him but it doesn't sound as if he would be receptive to conversation on that level. Perhaps you can help your friend find a college/scholarship so that she will not need her father to pay for her school.

She really has to decide that she wants to leave and although we may want something for other people it may not work out until they decide that they need to leave.

I recommend that you be there and be supportive show her what her options are and listen to her. When she is ready she will make a change.
