Hi I'm 24 and I had my tubes tied,clipped and burnt in April of 2011 and I haven't had a period since December of 2011 could I be pregnant are is that normal.

No when you have a tubal ligation you should still have a period. I suggest you see a physician and ensure that you are okay. I am curious as to whether you were regular with you cycles prior to having your tubal.

Yes I had one every month until I had my tubal ligation last year in April after my third child

Yes you should contact your physician and let him give you an exam.
