I remember seeing a trailer of a movie years ago that I can not remember much about but I really want to find out what movie it is.

All I remember is in the trailer there is a little girl on a swing who I think was adopted and her new parents make her a promise that if she still wanted to go home when she is older then they would let her.

I know it's not much to go on but I'm hoping someone will recognize something in it
