Is this even possible? I provide shelter, clothing and anything they need and all of a sudden he want to man up and take them away. We both went our separate ways months ago. I have a boyfriend and he has a girlfriend. We now live Nevada and is visiting my home here in Hawaii. I let him spend time with them and sleep over but now he doesn't want to give them back.

Sure.. he can go to court and fight for custody... without a court ordered custody agreement... he has every bit as much right to keep them as you do.
