    Floor heater
    I live in a apartment in anchorage Alaska and there are floor heater that run along the bottom of the floor I had the window open because the apartment would get pretty stuffy
    Even thou I would not have the heater on it was pretty cold outside maybe 5 degrees the
    Next morning I notice the floor was wet so I told the landlord they said that I had broke the floor heater because I had my window open this was not the first time I had
    My window open is this possible and can they charge me for this I don't know what kind of
    Heater they are sorry can you just tell me if this is possible thanks breezie

    The window being open did not damage the heater.
