    Black smoke from heating outlet from roof
    I have just put central heating on and there is black smoke coming out of the stack on the roof. Any ideas? Boiler is a year old

    Sounds like it is running dirty which usually means it needs a tune up OR somehow the combustion air is restricted. Call the company that installed it to check it out.
