I have a soft and painless lump on the front right side of my neck. I am 37 years old. I have no insurance and cannot see a doctor at this time. I have been losing weight, and I am seemingly tired much more. Does anyone have an idea what might be the problem? I would like to consult a physician however it's not in the cards at this point. Does anyone have any suggestions?

This could be a variety of things, some of which are scary. You need to see a Physician, but I think already know that.

Are there no free or "adjusted income" clinics in your area?
