Intangible asset is an asset that does not have a physical form, but a company has a legal right to like a Patent, copyrights, goodwill etc...

Fixed asset is something that a company owns or has a right to that is used in the company to produce a profit and will not be converted into cash within one year like Land, equipment, machinery, vehicles, etc...

Liability is something you owe like accounts payable, notes payable, mortgage payable etc...

Asset is something you own or have a legal right to like cash, equipment, inventory, etc...
