My ex filed a restraining order based on lies
So the night I broke up with my ex she came home and violently attacked me trying to steal my phone right in front of my kid when I finally pushed her away because she cornered me I called 911 and she was removed from the house I said to the police that I didn't want to have her go to jail in front of our kid, then 2 days later I went to work to come home to all my things gone and no kid... its an ugly messed up situation, so 10 days later she files a restraining order saying that I assaulted her just so I can't see my kid... can I sue her for making me out to be a woman beater? I have never once laid a hand on a woman in my life!!

Not likely. You go to Family court to file for custody of your child and let the court sort out the lies.

    You are contradicting yourself.

Just so you'll know: the court is not likely to see much difference between "pushing" and hitting.
