The toilet does not re-fill after flushing- innards were replaced not too long ago. I have to fill the tank with a gallon bucket two times, occasionally more, in order for there to be enough water to flush. What can I do to fix this?

First check the supply valve under the tank to be sure it's open. Now tell me which ballcock is yours. Back to you. Tom

I'm having the same issues. I have the black and white ballcock. Also, when I checked the valve to see if it was off and on, it refilled after I turned the valve on. Then when it flushed, it didn't refill. Checked it out again and it did the same thing.
