My kids say that I have a baby in my stomach but I have a iud in me... my boyfriend says that it feels different... can I be pregnant and don't know it?

Do you have your periods? Have you taken a Pregnancy test... with an IUD its unlikely but not impossible to get pregnant... but if you are.. you really need to see a doctor.

No I didn't take one because with an iud that you have to do blood work... and my period when it comes down it don't be the same every month and it didn't come down for this month...

If you are a month past when you should have gotten it. Take a home pregnancy test. And if its positive... then see your Gynecologist.
