Because I was incarated and homeless after getting released I entered a homeless program at a veterans home which is a one year program which would help me over come my homelessness and to help me to become employed so that I would be able to make my payments to the state of South Carolina so that I would never again subject myself to being incarated.

You go the Court that handed down the current Order and file to have it amended. You show proof at the Hearing that you cannot afford the support.

I doubt it will be granted - your child needs to eat and wear clothes and all of that.

Why can't youu work while working to become employed and overcome homelessness? What does the program you've entered offer?
