Me and my boyfriend have been together for 3 years and I had the implant in till recently - anyhow we never used condoms when we had sex when I had the implant in, however when we used a condom after I started feeling sick and down below my vaginal area was itchy and when I pee'd it stung/ like a burning sensation.
Any ideas?

Try using of the non-latex synthetic condoms on the market and see (not the natural skin ones that provide no barrier to STD's).. Yes they do make condoms for people with a latex allergy.
