Can my new husband adopt my two children
My first husband and I divorsed in Minnesota and I was awarded full leagle and phisical custody he only gets resnable parenting time at my discretion. He has not called or seen them even though I have provided him with the new address and phone number witch was also part of the cort agreement. My new husband and I now live in Oklahoma and have a son together and I want to know if he can adopt them as his own they know there byalogical father but choose to call my current husband dad seince the biolagical father doesn't want to be around. I need to kknow if he can adopt them without the biolagical father involved and how to go about it any answers would be nice

Yes he can adopt, but not without the bio father being involved. The bio father will need to agree to (or, at least not object) the petition for adoption.

As to how to go about it, that's simple. Find a local Family Law attorney and have them prepare the petition. I would NOT recommend starting an adoption without an attorney. The attorney will tell you exactly what you need to do and prepare the proper paperwork. If the bio father does not object, then it should be a fairly simple process.
