I got put on probation for a year for 50-500 theft which was a class b misdemeanor back in April before I was put on probation I committed the same crime got caught but ran from LP. Now police want to question the investigation, what can happen since I wasn't on probation then? But I am now? This was my 2nd time ever being iN trouble I didn't take the merchandise u dropped it and ran. I live in Texas

You were wanted for the crime ( you ran) when you were put on violation, so this into itself most likely violated the probation. But in general since it happened before the probation most likely it will not violate it, you need to explain this carefully to your PO>

Also if you were heading for the door or had gotten out, even if you dropped the items it is still theft.

I don't have a probation officer. I'm on something called deferred adjudication proforma. I don't report to anyone. I have fines due when my probation in a yr what if I pay it off before then will I still be on probation. I've never been in ne trouble before. I don't have Money for a lawyer. I'm also pregnant so if I go to jail how will that work?
