    Please give me any standard with regards to shower or floor drain slope test.

    1/4 inch per foot is the standard.

    In doing this several times, I realized there needs to be a tool to use in order to get your slope correct regardless of shape or size. I was unhappy with the current options, so I came up with a cheap and simple solution - EZ-Slope float strips. It is cheap, simple, reproducible and consistent.
