I was going for a shower and while I got un dressed and took off my bra, I found a big red lump on the outside of my left breast and its really sore... I've had it before and it made me feel really sick and I end up vomiting... I get hot and cold... What is it? Please help me...

Please see a physician. Its red and its hot it is on your breast. It makes you nauseated and makes you vomit. Please do not hesitate and see a physician immediately.

Time to see a doctor. It could be a cyst, it could be an ingrown hair, it could be something far worse. There's a list a mile long of all the possible things this could be. We can't give you a diagnosis on the internet.
