How to remove water from car fuel tank
I have a 2002 Dodge Grand Caravan. I started the car this morning and it ran fine for about 5 minutes until it started hesitated, sputtering and the check engine light was flashing at the same time. Is there water in the tank? How can I correct the problem?

First, check for codes. That should send you in the right direction.

Why do you think its water in tank?
I would change your fuel filter and dump the filter fuel in a clear container and look for water, it will be a definite separation.

Ask yourself this. Did I just fuel up the night before and this all of a sudden happen?
Then yes, I would suspect fuel contamination. But could be many other things also.
