How do I find a job after working in a job for 14 years and the company discovered that I had a convictions 32 years ago? Do I have any repercussion with the company? The company discovered via a website. Please help me out I was put on administrative leave today 6/4/12, and they are supposed to call me back within 5 days after talking to their legal department..
