Rogers Communications has sent me to collections and Credit Bureaus.
I requested a copy of my report from Trans Union and Equifax. Everything was in check until I looked at the 2nd to last page. My report says I've been sent to collections for non payment of $783 to Rogers. Here's the kicker. I've NEVER had any of Rogers services EVER!! Nor have I ever consigned for anyone. I gave Rogers acct receivable 7 days ago all the information and they have created an ID account. I called them today and they still haven't looked at it. I lost it on them an told them to submit an investigation and tag as urgent. I ALSO have to add. On my credit report it doesn't say the collection agency it has been sent to or does it have a reference number. Trans Union said I have to do the leg work. Rogers is taking their time. All while this affects my credit.
Thoughts? What the heck do I do. Again. I HAVE NEVER HAD A ROGERS SERVICE. Rigers also confirms with me I've never had a Rogers service based on my sin# and addresses.
I'm thinking once this is done and rectified I'll have many free Rogers services.
