I Started Getting Them Not Too Long Ago.
It Started On My Fore Arm. Then A Couple Weeks Later They Started Appearing On Both Arms THen My Back Stomach. They're Not Always There They Just Seem To Pop Up Outa No Where. Do You Guys No What It Is??

Sounds like pimples. They happen.

Some pimples itch. It could be a rash. It could be a pimple. It could be an STD. It could be a thousand other things, even an ingrown hair, or worse.

Fact is, no one on the internet can tell you what it is. We can guess. The list of guesses is in the thousands, or you could go to a doctor and find out what it actually is. That would be the best option.
