I'm pregnant but worry because I feel guilty I know is 99% its my boyfriend because I had talk to my dr and she told me I shouldt worry because according to calculations it ends up been my boyfriend. My first day of my LMP wa November 15 2011 according to my dr I was very fertile that day because I was ovulating. I need some relief som advice I'm worry too much and I. Got 3 more months to go I want my baby healty what should I do to not worry or think about my mistake. Oh and by the way I never used protection with my boyfriend he will just pull out when he felt he was coming plus I think I did it a day before I was with my ex and also November 25 and the following weekenes. My boyfriend thinks I got pregnant the fist week of December because he said he felt llike he came inside me because he was drunk.

Actually the sex right prior to your ovulation may be the better chance, and of course condoms have about 10 percent failure rate, and withdraw has a slightly higher failure rate.

I think the doctor was very careless and was most likely more trying to tell you what you wanted to hear, than a good professional answer.

The correct answer is that you had sex within 8 days of each other, and that is far too close to know which man is the father of the child. There is no way to be sure, of course yes we can all guess that it is more likely the one with no condom, but I would give it more of a 70 percent chance, not near a 99 percent.

But even with 99 percent that is still not for sure, so you will need to do a DNA test when the child is born.

That's why I'm worried because I think about that too. Plus I saw 3 doctors already and they told me that I'm wrong because the sperm can never live 5 days inside a woman's body its not impossible but almost never. Now another question. Let's say I wasn't sure about my LMP but I got a positive pregnant test on Dec. 28, 2011 and last time I had sex was December 3, 2011 is there a way to know the conception da or date?

As you get tested latter, they can narrow a conception date down to perhaps a two week time frame, but that is at best.
Sorry wish I could tell you for sure, but it is just not possible.
