I began having irregular bowel movements for a few days and then constipation. The next day after dinner I started having intestinal pain and nausea. I got up to leave and then I blacked out. When my family got me off the floor I went to the restroom and experienced diarrhea, vomiting and profuse sweating.

I've experienced every symptom listed above before 3 times in my life but never the blackout and profuse sweating.

So they called a ambulence and rushed you to the hospital ? You were put into a car and rushed to the ER ?

You don't get on here and ask what is wrong, you get to a doctor for medical tests.
