1992 Honda Accord. As car gets hot check engine light comes on and car will NOT rev past 3500 rp no matter what speed I am at. Paper clip in blue harness and the check engine light blinks 8 quick flases. Any idea/

You need to install a new genuine Honda distributor housing. The TDC sensor is failing and it's not serviceable. Try reusing your existing Ignition Control Module and coil, to keep the cost down. This should solve your problem. Stay away from problematic aftermarket distributors for Hondas.
