My kitchen sink faucet has outside threads (I have a screw on sprayer attached) would like to be able to run a coiled garden hose from the sink. Most adapters are inside threaded. Can I get an adapter that will attach to the sink like the sprayer?

That's so they can thread on a spout with outside threads. This would seem to fill the bill. But then you say,
