Plumb toilet tub and sink pre concrete slab
I have a 20x32 pool house I am building on a concrete slab. In the back left corner will be a bathroom with toilet, tub and sink. How do I know how to set the drain lines to be in the correct place.

Speedball, thanks for your help. What are the specs for where the drain line is in reference to the outside edge of the slab. Will the vent pipe come up the footer and through the wall to vent out the ceiling. I"m assuming a 2" vent pipe? Thanks again.

The main will extend out of the slab pointing to the location it will connect to the sewer.

The 2" vent pipe will be nowhere near the footer. It will come off the sanitary tee that drains the lavatory. You have options here. You can run the vent out the roof or tie it back to a existing vent in the attic. If AAV's are allowed in your area you could install a Studor Vent on a tee directly downstream from the trap, (see image) Good luck, Tom
