Blood in stool, Then no stool
On Thursday I had bright blood in my stool so on Friday afternoon I went to my doctor, He told me that if it continues to come back, he had also check by bp (blood pressure) and said it was high at 132 and told me to come back, Since then It's been 1 week and I have had no stool? And I don't feel like having stool, I also have stomach pain now and again up to 4 times in a day.
Im a 14 years old boy.

    Please reply, I'm really scared.

You need to see a Physician. It is both dangerous and foolish to diagnose medical problems on the Internet.

Bright blood is not necessarily a bad thing because a simple tear in the anus can cause that while straining on the loo; this is highly likely if you have hard stools.

No stool for one week could be caused by many factors: bad diet, lack of intake of fluids e.t.c... The pain is probably due to constipation due to lack of stool.

I used to suffer from constipation because I didn't drink enough fluid in the day, once I started to drink more, constipation stopped and normal bowel activity resumed.

However continue to see the doctor as he will know what is best since he can examine you, I can not. I can only help you from past experience...
