Or could be 500mg/5mg or other strengths.

If you assume that the dosage of the med is 325mg/5mg and two were taken, then looking at the tablet you COULD think that you took 650 mg, when in fact you only took 10 mg.

OP is asking about oxy - 5 mg oxy and 650 mg acetamenophen.

I assumed they were talking about the tylenol but you never know...
