Uhhm.. what main breaker should I use if I have a 3 60 amp, 4 30 amp and 2 15 amp sub panels?

To size a Main Breaker or feeder for any panel, need to know the exact load in amps or wattage of the various devices it will serve.

so what value of main breaker can you recommend to the given sub panels?

As I said, need to know what the loads are. Panel mains and feeds are not sized by the breakers in those panels.

What main circuit breaker can you recommend if the sub panels are 3 60 amp, 4 20 amp and 2 15 amp breakers..

Something is not right. You can't be suggesting that you have 9 sub-panels?

This is confusing, are these just the breakers you have in one panel?
If so, like TK said, the breakers mean nothing, it's the load that matters.

And why are you asking about just the main breaker? IS there anything existing?
Is this a new house?

so I must base my panel main to the total loads used...
