    Stomach cancer
My husband just a tumor removed from his stomach a week ago and they also removed a small part of his stomach. A week later he is still having a lot of pain and is beginning to look fatigue. Should he still feel this way or is it a possibility he is still bleeding? What are the signs I should look for in case he is still bleeding? Or should we just to the er? Help please

He should have a regular physician whom he can call, day or night. This is the only way to get good care. Go to the ER if you feel you must. Anyone who has had major surgery should be still mostly resting at 1 week, and will be expected to feel fatigue and pain, but that doesn't mean something isn't wrong, and we have no way to know. I assume that he got directions for home care, and some pain medication.
It would be inappropriate here and would take too long to discuss symptoms of all the things that might be happening. Check his temp, BP, pulse, and keep an eye on the incision site and his stomach area in general. Keep track of bowel movements. Follow diet directions.
