My parole officer came to my house Tuesday the 29 of may at 6:58am I'm suppose to leave my house at 7am.I left my house 5mins before he got to my house I had went for a job interview I than told home where I was Wednesday morning he wanted me to show him proof so he wanted me to for back to where I went for my interview the supervisor was not in so I spoke to a manger at the job and asked him if he can call and fax my p.o the paper work he said no problem that it will be in by Friday.. so I called my p.o and told him he than started threating and telling races comments and that he was going to make sure that I go away for a long time and that before he turns me in he was going to f me up... so I got really scared for my life and didn't go in... is there any way that I can fight this matter so I won't go to jail

Welcome to parole, you left the house before the approved time ( sorry 5 minutes early or 2 hours does not matter, if you are not suppose to leave till a certain time you don't)

PO's esp parole will call you any any name and threaten to send you back, that is their job, they are not your friend and not there to help you. They are there to send you back, since they expect you to mess up. You got scared ( give me a break, you were in prison, what did the guards threaten and curse at you) So you did not report as ordered

You will be lucky not to go back to prison, you had better be sitting in the PO office in the morning and ready to listen to >>*** and beg for forgiveness.

Do you mean Racist comments?

While I am unsure of the legislation in your country/region, I think generally speaking RACIST comments are NOT acceptable, esp for a law enforcement officer. Remember that by law you always have the right to request to speak to a senior officer (or supervisor) or AT LEAST a lawyer. If you believe the officer has breached his code of conduct you should do something about it (like file a complain). Even criminals have their basic legal rights that can not be violated.

However, also remember that you have to comply with your parole conditions and since you have breached it you are liable to get into trouble. I am unable to comment further as I have no idea of the actual situation and why you are on parole.

When you say you are supposed to leave the house at 7, is that a requirement of your parole? Was this a scheduled visit or a spot check?

If you can prove you went to an interview, you can request a hearing if your PO tries to violate you. You can talk to his PO about being reassigned because of racist comments. But I would be careful about that.
