    23 weeks preterm labor?
I'm 23 weeks with my second child, my first was born 7 weeks early due to pre-eclampsia, I am diabetic, have seizures, hypothyroidism, angina with a heart blockage and have been having contractions on and off for 5 days, am now having vaginal pressure back pressure and nausea but no contractions right now have been resting drinking lots of water but it's not getting better, my ob said to basically stop calling and if it gets worse go to labor and delivery what do I do?

What do you do? You go to Labor and Delivery to be evaluated.

However, if you are not having contractions they will most likely send you home.

Pregnancy symptoms are much worse with each pregnancy, while the labor is typically easier.

However, with all of your health issues, it would be foolhardy and dangerous for any of us to advise you anything other than seeking medical attention.
