    Garnishment
Me and my uncle sold dirt off our land to wallmart. I had a judgement on me. So the Lawer filled a judgement with wallmart and got our money. Is this legal?

If you're in a State which allows a creditor to seize personal assets, yes, it's totally legal.

    Where are you?

Wrong terms, They filed a court and got a judgement against you, you sold dirt to Walmart, and before Walmart paid you, they got an attachment or garnishment on the money you were to be paid,

This is how judgements work, you owe them, and they find your money and collect it.

Yes very legal and their attorney did a good job

What it sounds like is the attorney garnished your payment from walmart. And yes, since you had a judgement against you, it is legal.

But the money was not all my money only half and actually all the money was supposed to go to lien holder because the land is not Pd for?

Doesn't matter. You were listed as an owner of the asset. To fight that issue you would have to go to court to prove the money was not all yours.

Scott's right - go to Court and try to your relative's half back OR your relative could/would sue you for the money OR the lienholder could sue you both.
