I have been reading posts about people who have had lap band surgery, binge and purge. I eat way too much sometimes and I think, "If I could just throw some up I would feel better." But since the lap band surgery, I can't seem to throw up. I had problems about 15 years ago with being bullimic and don't want to go back to that, but how are others with the lap band able to purge? I can't seem to work any food up. It's like the band is blocking the food from coming back up. Is that normal? How is throwing up so easy for others?
