How long does it take for the bank to kick us out if I default on my loan? I have a mobile home on leased land, mobile home park. I also owe $5,000.00 for space rent and utilities.

Depends... a little or a lot. The trailer park can toss you out for non-payment the fastest. As little as 30 days depending on what state this is.

They may do it in anytime you are in default. Often they will try to work with you over two or three months.
