Hi,

Recently I learned that I am out of status for 10 days because of a misunderstanding and need to be reinstated to F1 status. However, one employer is willing to file H1 for me. If I am not wrong I can file for H1 while F1 reinstatement is pending.

If H1 is approved and F1 reinstatement is still pending, what will happen? Will I have to continue attending classes? Will I be able to work under approved H1 while F1 reinstatement is pending?
