ElectricaI- I am trying to install a second switch where the power source is coming from the ceiling light down to the switch that is there, there are only two wires coming in (white- it is attached to the bottom screw) and (black- it is attached to the top screw) how do I wire in the second light from that

Do you want 2 separate lights on 2 switches?
If just adding a second light from that switch, you need to connect to the existing light, the switch is part of a switch loop.
Can you get additional wires to switchbox from Power? If so, the switchloop could be rewired as the switchleg and neutral from the existing switch, then you could have a pair go to the new light.
