After mowing for 2 hours, washed the tractor with garden hose (probably should have waited longer for the engine to cool down). Attempted to start tractor an hour after washing.
Tractor had strong starter motor, but would not start. Made several attempts over a three day period. Suspect there was no spark, but could not verify. Also noted very little fuel in the fuel filter, but assume that's normal. Checked 4 fuses and all are good. Last 2 or 3 attempts starter motor would run for a few seconds and stop. Now when I turn the key no lights or starter motor. Trickle charged the battery prior to last attempt and it is at 13.8 volts.
