If I had one single sip of a mixed drink 30 hours before an EtG swab, will I pass? I am a 5'6'' female, 140 lbs, I exercise regularly and drink lots of water. Please help!

Oral swabs detect EtG only a few hours longer than if testing for ethanol itself and represents limited additional value. EtG should not be present by any test method after a "sip" of alcohol and that is particularly true of an oral swab. Hoiseth, 2010

Who is testing for EtG by this route?

By the way, don't use mouthwash the morning of the test.
