There is a guy(he is mt tenant and also a good fnd) , he really lyks me a lot.. I don't want to be in a relationship and he knws it.. but he is ready to wait.. but I really don't lyk him but he is truly in love with me.. he is caring, possessive(all the qualities of a boyfriend).. he is ready to do anythng for me.. I don't know what to do ? I have made it v. clear that I don't want to be in a relationshp but he is ready to wait.. some way or the other m feeling guilty... I don't have any feelings and he is deeply in love... I want him to be happy in lyf and get what he deserves... I don't want to hurt him otherwise he will be heartbroken and won't be able to handle himself... suggest what to do?

On a side note, being possessive is not the quality of a good boyfriend.
