    There's this thing called "implied immunity" you can't win. If your talking about US courts, forget it. The corruption in US courts is so engrained, so rampant, so blatant, you could face jail time just for suggesting it. Not many lawyers will challenge the "system" for fear of retribution from the state bar. In California they passed a law making it okay for the county to bribe judges. SBx211.

    I don't know what you're thinking of doing but I did take the police to court and I won. Of course you need to make sure you have a good enough case but it can be done.

    As a note- I don't hate police and I am not just looking for reasons to sue them but there are times that it does need to be done.
